LifeStyle HomeDesign was formed in 1994, with roots that date back to 1946. This company traces its history to the post-WWII housing boom, and was involved in home design and mail-order blueprints. Particularly popular with customers are the numerous vacation home plans, many in the chalet style with walls of windows for taking in panoramic views. We also offer a wide variety of house plans including Craftsman, Mediterranean, Ranch home plans, One story house plans and Traditional home plans.

LifeStyle's partners include Mark Englund, Doug Buster and Doug Sharp. All four have been regularly involved in several relevant organizations, including the American Institute of Architects, the American Institute of Building Design, and the Council of Publishing Home Designers. They have served on boards, spoken at meetings, and judged home-design competitions.

LifeStyle's collaborations with builders and house designers in the Midwest have resulted in a grand collection of plans of virtually all sizes and styles. Hanson Builders of Andover, Minn., is an award-winning construction company that has provided LifeStyle with a recent influx of showcase plans with Craftsman inspiration.

LifeStyle Home Design plans are published in numerous national magazines, and are featured on prominent Web sites. LifeStyle HomeDesigns house plans have been used to build homes across the U.S., as well as in several other countries.

With solid "bloodlines" and a nod toward future innovation, LifeStyle offers prospective homeowners the best in home-design choices. We promise to provide quality blueprints for well-designed homes at reasonable prices. We also take pride in our fast service and caring attitude, and perhaps most important of all, accessibility for follow-up questions.
